visitBerlin has been actively engaged in promoting health tourism since 2010, and various medical tourism measures have already been implemented in the Polish market since 2020.

In September 2023, the “Oder Partnership - Medical Tourism Network” initiative was launched, which visitBerlin is in charge of implementing. The aim is to establish a network of medical and tourism service providers in the Oder region. Building a cross-border health tourism network, it is supposed to facilitate the exchange of experience and to identify country-specific, complementary skills. This should ultimately optimize and expand the existing offer for international patients. Participating partners are presented on the website www.oder-region-health.eu.
